# hub app <name> git

## Usage

```sh
hub app <name> git [options]
```

## Arguments

| Argument | Description                                                                           |
| -------- | ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- |
| `<name>` | The app, or `app/instance` for an instance other than prod, such as `my-app/staging`. |

## Options

| Option              | Description                                          |
| ------------------- | ---------------------------------------------------- |
| `--watch <on\|off>` | Turn auto-deploy on every push on or off.            |
| `--branch <name>`   | Switch to a different branch and deploy its head.    |
| `--path <path>`     | Switch to a different subfolder and deploy its head. |
| `--disconnect`      | Stop tracking GitHub (keeps the release running).    |
