Inspect runtime or change sleep settings for every service in this instance.
Usage
hub app <name> runtime [options]Arguments

--sleep-after <seconds> | Sleep after HTTP inactivity (5–86400 seconds); all services must tolerate pausing. |

--operation <id> | Check a previously accepted runtime operation. |
--json | Return a structured result for scripts and agents. |
